Healthcare Well-Being” is emerging as the catch-all term used to describe the field dedicated to the scientific study of how external healthcare systems, organizational structures, cultural influences, and individual factors shape the physical and psychological well-being, behavior, and professional experience of healthcare providers within medical settings.
